This is a great hotel - very central and close to the train station, shops & restaurants, and good value for money. The rooms are comfortable and it's great to have a little kitchen in the suites.
Lovely stay for a special occasion made personal by the hotel by a personalised gift on arrival. The room was lovely, modern, well kept and comfortable. It was a high floor with great views through the floor to ceiling windows. The lounge was great with a nice range of canapfois during certain times. The Turkish lady (Nevine?) who was looking after us in the lounge was brilliant, understood our dietary needs and approached us on entry to inform us of what food met our need. She even came to ask us if we wanted to change settings for a better view from the 23rd floor when it was available.
Wow! Can't believe this is a 2* (I would have guessed 4*) but can certainly see why it is so highly rated. The suites are well equipped and clean and the staff very friendly. However, the icing on the cake was the breakfast. Advertised as a complimentary breakfast, our expectations weren't high - a cold buffet was what we pictured.
Will defo be back next time we are in Birmingham - thanks to all the Manager and all her team for making our stay so great.
Even though we travelled a short distance to the Arena it's very easy to navigate your way around...
Absolutely brilliant stay here over the weekend. Perfect location central for everything we had planned. For a city centre hotel there was pelo outside noise, bed was comfortable and staff friendly and polite. If you are staying near the bullring then this is the place to stay.

It's a decent place to come and is full of eateries. Does get a bit to busy of a weekend. Overall it's a good place to bring your kids.
First impressions, it wasn't obvious to see when walking towards it and following Google maps, but hey, it wasn't far to walk from New Street. Good location and a nice looking hotel once inside. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, with a large bathroom plus a kitchenette.
The parking is free and is quite big. I normally go here on the weekend and in the afternoon I never had to wait for parking, always been able to find a spot straight away. Overall it's a good place where you could easily spend a whole day.
Gabriella on front desk was so incredibly nice,informative funny. I had zero questions left. Room was clean and highly fitted out. Every staff member was fantastic from the guy and girl running the pool to the breakfast army of staff.
